Domestic Shipping

We offer both first class and priority mail shipping for domestic US orders. 

 Tracking numbers are provided for both first class and priority mail.

First Class rates are available for packages with a total weight under 13 ounces. 

 

Free shipping for domestic US orders over $75 USD.  

DUE TO THE INCREASE IN BUSINESS, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER LOCAL PICK-UP.  PLEASE CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD TO HAVE YOUR ORDER MAILED.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via the United States Postal Service.  Please know any import restrictions for your country prior to placing an order as we are not responsible for shipments that are rejected, destroyed or confiscated by customs.  Our product prices and shipping rates do not include any applicable customs charges, import duties or other taxes and fees imposed by other countries.  Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility upon receiving the products.

Customs/Tracking numbers are good to the US border and are not consistent past that point in most countries.

First Class Package International is available for packages under 4 lbs.

IF ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR AREA IS ALLOWING SHIPMENTS FROM THE U.S. AT THIS TIME. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY ALSO HAVE SIGNIFICANT SHIPPING DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORT.

Return/Refunds/Cancellations

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item you purchased please contact us via email at ahahn@honyockerbeardco.com to discuss any options that may be available.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund in the event the product is no longer available.

If for any reason you need to cancel an order you may do so prior to receiving a shipping confirmation email.  We strive to have orders shipped within 2 business days of the order date.  Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be canceled for any reason.
